Group Classes


I help my clients reach their fitness goals.

Experienced working with populations of all ages, I have taught movement to school age kids, while focusing on stability and balance with my older clients.

Incorporated Pilates into my training programs, I have created a method that combines Pilates and Strength Training, shown to be particularly effective. 

One-On-One


Before COVID, my practice was mostly one on one in my clients’ homes.

With the current situation, I have been moving to virtual sessions. See my class options to the right.

My classes are a combination of strength training and pilates with a strong focus on the core.

No equipment is required except a mat. 

Tele-Train


NEW! 45 minute Zoom Classes
Classes are held Monday and Wednesday at 7:30 am, Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00 am.

Classes are $15 or 6 for $60. Pay by:
